MONROE, N.C. (October 15, 2020) – Hamilton Drywall Products has purchased a 98,000 square foot production facility in Monroe’s historic Sutton Park. The company, a subsidiary of Orange, California’s WestPac, will invest approximately $5,000,000 in building renovations and new equipment that will enable it to produce a variety of drywall finishing products.
